GET /cached?model_id=8&project_id=<id>&sport_id=<id>
    Recommended items for the given combination. sport_id is optional
    (omit it for a mix across all sports).

GET /ready
    200 if data is loaded and not older than 25 hours.

GET /freshness
    Timestamp of the last successful data load.
